The World Health Organization mentions that in case of an antibody test, it may be possible to test positive because this test measures a person’s COVID-19 immunity and not for any active diseases.

Croatia has now opened its doors for foreign visitors. However, passengers must have been vaccinated fully at least 14 days before. If they have not been vaccinated, then passengers must show a negative PCR test no more than 48 hours before travel.
