All U.S. adults are eligible for COVID-19 vaccine
The President of the United States, Joe Biden has announced earlier this month that all U.S adults would be eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine. The center for disease control and prevention has confirmed that 50.4% or 130 million people have received at least the first shot of the COVID-19 vaccine.
UK adds India to red list
India has been added to the UK’s red list. Meaning, visitors who have departed from or visited India in the previous 10 days will be denied entry into England.
Foreign visitors can now enter China
Foreign visitors can now enter China based on entry restrictions and relaxation policies. They are divided into different phases:
- 1st Phase: Full restrictions but limited exceptions
- 2nd Phase: Entry for foreigners with resident permits
- 3rd Phase: Foreigners from certain countries will need to fully follow the entry rules set during Phase I restrictions.
- 4th Phase: The entry restrictions will be relaxed for foreigners who are inoculated with the Chinese vaccine.
