Germany removes 4 new countries from the high-risk list

Germany has removed France, Greece, Switzerland, and parts of Spain from the high-risk list. This means that travelers returning back from these countries only by road will not have to quarantine themselves or take a COVID test. However, those travelers returning by flight must present a negative test result, proof of vaccination, or proof of recovery from the virus before their departure. Also, quarantine-free travel has now been implemented for vaccinated international travelers from most countries.
