In the UK, the government has lifted restrictions, and now all restaurants, pubs, and shops have reopened. However, they have advised people to hold off on all plans pertaining to international travel for the summer. So, the decision on nonessential travel will be taken post-May 17th.

Tokyo has started testing facial recognition technology for international travelers. So travelers do not need to show passports or flight tickets after check-in. This is to speed up the boarding process and provide a contactless experience for passengers. 

Fake health certificates have become a big issue

 IDEMIA’s health pass enables governments to curb the risk of incoming travelers spreading Covid-19.  As the Pass is linked to a traveler’s identity, it cannot be transferred to anyone else and cannot be copied without appropriate authority.
