Thousands of German travelers fly to Mallorca

Thousands of German travelers fly to Mallorca amidst tight restrictions imposed on domestic traveling. 60 planes landed on the Spanish island this Saturday for Easter break. However, the rule in Spain is that Spanish nationals are not allowed to travel within the country. This has caused a lot of concerns amongst the locals. 

Travelers arriving from Denmark, France, Austria and Czech Republic to provide a negative test upon their arrival in Germany

According to the Institute of disease control in Germany, has stressed that all travelers coming from Denmark, France, Austria, and the Czech Republic must provide a negative result of the coronavirus test upon their arrival which should not be older than 48 hours. 

Total U.S Covid-19 cases reaches 30.1 million

In the U.S total cases of Covid-19 have reached 30.1 million. The U.S now has decided to impose restrictions state by state. There are some states that continue to enforce travel restrictions and quarantine but in general, more states have been moving toward looser restrictions or none at all in recent weeks. 

Regular international flights have been suspended in India

In India, regular international flights have been suspended but repatriation flights are operating. Travelers to India must upload a self-declaration form along with a negative COVID – 19 tests taken within 72 hours plus a 14-day quarantine.
