Russia creates a ban on travel for tourists to Turkey

Russia has created tighter restrictions or rather a ban on travel for tourists to Turkey until the end of June. This is because of the increase in Corona Virus cases. Russia will soon be sending a delegation to assess measures taken by Turkey to protect airports, hotels, and other tourist attractions. The decision blocked the plans of at least 500,000 tourists, who had hoped to visit during the April-June period.

KLM announces more destinations in North America

KLM has announced that it will restore most destinations in its North American network this summer but in lower frequencies and seating capacities than pre-pandemic levels. 

The U.K bans travel to Portugal

The U.K has now banned travel to Portugal. This is because of the growing cases of CoronaVirus.  This has caused a lot of chaos amongst travelers who have already booked their flights to Portugal. 

Ankara and Athens agrees to have mutually recognized Coronavirus vaccination certificates

Ankara in Turkey and Athens in Greece have agreed to have mutually recognized Coronavirus vaccination certificates to permit easy travel between the two countries.
